Treatment Services Put On Hold

HACTC has temporarily stopped providing level 111.5 treatment services within the facility. HACTC has a treatment unit capable of holding up to 32 male inmates in need of alcohol & drug treatment services. HACTC had a contract with the North Dakota Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation (ND DOCR) for a majority of this bed space but this was interrupted when issued a non-compliance order by the DOCR in September 2013. Administration hopes to bring treatment services back to the facility.
