The only items that family/friends are allowed to drop off or mail in to an inmate at the HACTC are white t-shirts (not muscle shirts), socks and underwear. All of these items MUST BE IN THE ORGINIAL PACKAGING AND UNOPENED. Anything other than what is described here will be rejected and may be disposed of by the HACTC.

WHAT: Fingerpringing service is provided to the general public for job requirements, concealed weapons permits, etc.

WHEN: Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm. If a different time and/or day is needed, please call (701) 776-2221 and ask for the Shift Supervisor on duty. They will be happy to set an appointment for your convenience.
